Maguires Wholesale Carpets are committed to business development in an ever changing market. To do this we have developed our personnel, improved our customer care and support and have invested in the latest technology to ensure a high quality service.

	David Stubbs Financial Director David became the first non-family director when he became the financial director of the company. Through his efforts Maguires have become 'Investors in People' and gained an award from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
	Colin Racher Head of Sales With over 20 years experience in the floor covering trade, Colin joined Maguires in 1996 and has been instrumental in setting up and developing the wholesale side of the business. With his knowledge and experience, and his boundless enthusiasm, Colin can now help new and existing retailers to develop their businesses.
	Mick Copeland Business Development Manager Mick has over 23 years experience in the flooring trade – both retail and manufacturing. He has been a valuable member of the Maguires Wholesale sales team for 7 years. He is very proactive in developing new marketing strategies including our point of sale/showroom displays. In January he will be focusing more on this side of the business.
	Shaun Hering General Manager Shaun has over 20 years of warehousing experience, previously working with blue chip companies. Shaun is in charge of one of the most efficient warehouses in the floor covering industry. Through investment in an integrated cutting machine and radio frequency/bar coding facility, Shaun ensures a fast and accurate delivery service to our customers. He is also responsible for training and health and safety on the factory floor.
	Lee Jenkinson Warehouse Manager Lee has been a valid member of the warehouse team for over 15 years. In his role as warehouse manager, Lee and his team members are trained to deliver the highest level of quality and service to our customers within the floor covering industry.
	Joanna Lupton Sales Support Manager Joanna's background is in both recruitment and corporate sales, previously working for a large global tele-communications company. She will assist us in continually improving our customer care and ordering processes.
	Donna Bowyer Customer Service Donna has been with the company since leaving school, and has demonstrated loyalty and commitment by developing quality standards and achieving successful results with her team members. Donna works closely with the sales and support team ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
